- and nothing else!
Full body massage can include arms, legs, back, shoulders, hands, feet, head, face and tummy (it's up to you). It is fantastic for improving relaxation, sleep patterns and your general sense of wellbeing! But if a session on the pc or treadmill has left you with a stiff shoulder or sore calves, massage can be applied just to the affected areas.
Treatments take place in my attractive, dedicated treatment room, situated at the lower end of Steyning High Street. There is ample free car parking nearby and a good bus service.
My premises also offer the option of showering facilities (useful for those returning to work after massage treatment, or perhaps arriving for treatment directly from a sports session). Please mention at the time of booking if you wish to take advantage of this facility.
I believe that as many people as possible should be able to enjoy the benefits of regular massage so my aim is to offer excellent quality at affordable prices. And I offer a very special rate for your first massage at BodyBliss!
I hope that this will encourage more people to come and experience for the first time the enormous pleasures and benefits of therapeutic body massage.

From November 2011 we will also be offering a 'mobile massage service', whereby massage is delivered in the comfort and privacy of your own home (space for the massage couch permitting). Prices as quoted plus £5. This service will be offered only to female clients or to male clients referred by a female client. Please contact us if you have any questions about the mobile service.
